Rise Above is a mobile service that aims to reduce harm associated with substance use in the New River Valley by creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment, offering harm reduction strategies, education, and resources that empower individuals to make informed choices about their well-being.

Services outside scheduled walk-in hours are available by appointment only
Same-day appointments may be based on staff availability
Unscheduled visits outside designated walk-in hours may no be accommodated
Rise Above staff frequently provide services throughout the New River Valley and may not be available for unscheduled visits outside established walk-in hours
Community outreach schedules may vary due to weather, staffing, or special events
